At Telescopes, we want you to see the stars clearly; if your equipment isn't providing the perfect view, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned optical instruments must be in their original packaging with all lens caps and accessories included.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the telescope or accessory you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the item in its original factory box, ensuring all delicate mirrors, lenses, and mounts are padded with the original foam inserts to prevent calibration shifts during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.
Technical Inspection & Refund
Our technicians will inspect the optics for damage or debris upon arrival; once cleared, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
